BATCHXPLORER Partner Program

Help customers review runs faster. Create software and services revenue.

BATCHXPLORER partners help process-development, pilot-plant, MSAT, automation, and small-scale GMP teams connect process data, generate controlled engineering evidence, and qualify the right package for paid conversion.

Sell SaaSReferral and co-sell revenue tied to paid BATCHXPLORER subscriptions.
Attach servicesPartners quote edge, historian, validation, SOP, and training services separately.
Protect scopeClear guardrails prevent custom-source, free validation, and batch-release overpromises.
Welcome partners

Welcome to the BATCHXPLORER partner workspace.

The partner motion is simple: register qualified opportunities, help customers scope real run-review pain and data-access paths, then attach partner-led implementation, validation, historian/edge, SOP, and training services where needed.

BATCHXPLORER is not positioned as a full enterprise MES replacement during alpha, automated QA batch release, product disposition, or custom-source project. The wedge is process-development run review with controlled engineering evidence.

Partner journey

From partner application to deployed customer workspace.

The exact path varies by partner type, but this is the common motion: qualify the opportunity, protect the deal, demo the platform, help the customer choose the right package, and attach partner-led services where needed.

01

Apply and choose a partner path

Submit your partner profile and select a starting type: Referral, Co-Sell, Implementation / Validation, or Enterprise / Network.

Nuance: referral partners may stay light-touch; implementation and validation partners need deeper onboarding.
02

Onboard with Theloris

Review the partner agreement, program guardrails, package ladder, services boundary, and what not to promise during alpha.

Nuance: partner status and commissions require an accepted agreement and deal registration.
03

Get trained and review materials

Use the sales deck, one-pager, demo video, live demo, and partner notes to learn the wedge: process-development run review with controlled evidence.

Nuance: service partners should also review edge, historian, SOP, validation, and training boundaries.
04

Source and register leads

Identify customer pain in process development, MSAT, pilot plants, automation, CSV, or small-scale GMP. Register the deal even if the final tier is not clear yet.

Nuance: Theloris reviews conflicts, fit, partner role, and package direction before confirming protection.
05

Request demo access and qualify fit

Request demo logins, schedule a fit call, and confirm data access, sponsor, process area, gateway needs, and alpha success criteria.

Request demo account →

Nuance: do not force package level too early; use the demo to determine Starter, Pro, Scale, or Enterprise fit.
06

Demo, collect feedback, choose package

Run the customer through live visibility, reports, Process Insight, and package options. Capture objections and recommend the right package.

Nuance: Pro is usually the default for multi-room pilot plant, MES/SFC, Process Insight, or multiple gateway needs.
07

Close, deploy, and attach services

After commercial approval, Theloris deploys the customer workspace and subscription. Partners quote hardware setup, edge/historian integration, SOP mapping, validation support, and training separately where needed.

Nuance: implementation and validation partners should use a separate SOW or ongoing service agreement.
08

Release, train, serve, renew, expand

Support customer readiness, train users, provide ongoing services, review monthly activity, track renewals, and identify expansion opportunities.

Nuance: partner statements help summarize activity, commissions, service work, renewals, and next actions.
Simple rule: Theloris owns the BATCHXPLORER SaaS platform and product subscription. Partners create value by finding the right opportunities and attaching clearly scoped services that help customers connect, deploy, validate, train, and sustain the system.
How we work with partners

Clear roles, clear services boundary, clear path to paid conversion.

Partners help identify qualified customers, support technical/service scoping, and deliver site-specific services under their own SOWs. Theloris sells and supports the BATCHXPLORER SaaS platform and Edge Gateway Kits.

Referral

Referral Partner

Introduces qualified opportunities and stays visible through conversion. Best for trusted advisors, consultants, and industry contacts.

Co-sell

Co-Sell Partner

Jointly qualifies, demos, and advances deals. Best for automation, CSV, MSAT, process, and data consultants.

Services

Implementation / Validation Partner

Quotes installation, edge/historian integration, validation support, SOP mapping, and training services separately.

Enterprise

Enterprise / Network Partner

Supports multi-site, private cloud/VPC, custom connectors, enterprise governance, and partner-led rollouts.

Sales levels and pricing

Package guidance for partner-led qualification.

Public alpha pricing can remain simple. Internally, use this ladder to qualify opportunities and push customers into the right tier based on scope and value.

PackagePrice / targetPartner positioning

Starter$1,500/mo+One process area, one gateway, basic controlled run review, historian review, and reports.
Pilot Plant Pro$4,500/mo targetMulti-room pilot plant, MES/SFC, Process Insight, multiple gateways, and deeper review workflows.
Scale-Up / GMP Ops$7,500/mo targetGMP package drafts, backup/restore evidence, system review, CQA linkage roadmap, and stronger governance.

Edge Gateway Kit

$1,195 one-time, including provisioning and remote commissioning. Hardware is separate from SaaS commission unless otherwise agreed.

Service boundary

On-site validation, installation, historian/edge integration, CSV support, and SOP/training services are quoted by partners under separate SOWs.

What not to promise

No automated QA batch release, product disposition, free validation execution, full MES replacement during alpha, or custom source-code forks.

Partner resource center

Download sales materials and agreement examples.

Use these materials for early conversations. Agreements and pricing are draft/business-use and should be reviewed before customer or partner signature.

Partner profile

Tell us how your firm fits the partner program.

This form is formatted for CRM/email parser intake. It sends a structured profile email to sales@batchxplorer.live and can later be routed into Zoho.

Submitting this profile does not create a binding partner relationship. A signed agreement is required before commissions or formal partner status apply.

Deal registration

Register a qualified opportunity for review.

Deal registration requests are subject to Theloris review, conflict checks, and partner agreement terms. Accepted registrations should remain active only while meaningful partner activity continues.

Theloris must accept the registration before any partner protection or commission eligibility applies.
